As Washington state fights the COVID-19/Coronavirus spread, we are working hard to create free and useful material that our patients and local community can use to treat many common musculoskeletal complaints from working long hours in front of a computer at home.
Our hope is that we will be able to provide enough free material to allow you to resolve some of your own pains, or at least help you manage them so that you can reduce your need to leave your home to support our state-wide initiative.
